TalkCoach is purpose-built for workplace communication, not a general AI chat tool.

While tools like ChatGPT provide open-ended responses, TalkCoach delivers structured, scenario-based coaching with guided workflows designed specifically for real workplace situations. Users are walked through defined coaching paths (e.g., role-play, script development, communication style pairing) grounded in research-backed communication frameworks.

TalkCoach is designed with guardrails and organizational context in mind, providing practical outputs that can be used immediately, not just general advice.

Executive coaching and workshops are valuable but typically limited to select leaders and delivered at specific points in time.

Employees log in via the web using either an invitation email or a group access code provided by your organization.

TalkCoach can be launched immediately. Most companies are live within a few days, and often within hours, since no technical integration is required. Group admins can add employees directly from the dashboard or share secure login instructions.

Each company membership includes a structured Engagement Launch Kit with ready-to-use rollout materials (employee guide, manager FAQs, announcement templates, and talking points).

Company plans also include a live onboarding session and email support to ensure your team launches with clarity and confidence.

TalkCoach is built on cloud infrastructure designed for data security, and conversations are processed only to deliver the coaching service. Conversation data is not used to train AI models. 

Access to conversation content within TalkCoach is governed by role-based permissions, and we do not make individual conversation content available to managers or HR as part of our standard product design. For full details on how your data is handled, please review our Privacy Policy.

Admin reporting includes adoption and login usage at an aggregate level. Individual conversation content is not included.

Yes. TalkCoach is fully optimized for mobile and desktop use.

To protect user privacy and maintain secure access, users may be logged in on one device at a time.
