What is TalkCoach?
TalkCoach is a workplace communication coaching platform. It combines on-demand, expert-guided workplace communication AI coaching and a robust Resource Hub of practical communication toolkits for managers and employees.
Who is TalkCoach for?
TalkCoach is built for both managers and employees—anyone who needs support navigating everyday workplace communication.
What communication challenges does TalkCoach help organizations address?
TalkCoach supports common, high-impact moments like tough feedback, conflict, recognition, setting expectations, difficult conversations, writing clear email/Teams messages, and preparing for live meetings — helping teams build stronger communication habits that support alignment and productivity.
How is TalkCoach different from using AI tools like ChatGPT?
TalkCoach is purpose-built for workplace communication, not a general AI chat tool.
While tools like ChatGPT provide open-ended responses, TalkCoach delivers structured, scenario-based coaching with guided workflows designed specifically for real workplace situations. Users are walked through defined coaching paths (e.g., role-play, script development, communication style pairing) grounded in research-backed communication frameworks.
TalkCoach is designed with guardrails and organizational context in mind, providing practical outputs that can be used immediately, not just general advice.
How is TalkCoach different from executive coaching or training programs?
Executive coaching and workshops are valuable but typically limited to select leaders and delivered at specific points in time.
TalkCoach provides on-demand, AI-powered communication guidance for both managers and employees whenever real workplace situations arise. Instead of one-time training, it serves as an ongoing communication layer that supports everyday conversations.
