Is TalkCoach mobile-friendly?
Yes. TalkCoach works on mobile for quick coaching, scripts, and on-the-go preparation.
Is TalkCoach private? Can managers or HR see individual conversations?
TalkCoach is designed for privacy. Managers and HR cannot see individual coaching conversations. Buyer reporting is aggregate only (login activity).
What admin reporting is available?
Admin reporting includes adoption/login usage at an aggregate level (not individual conversation content).
Is TalkCoach a substitute for HR, legal, or formal workplace processes?
TalkCoach provides communication coaching and educational guidance only and is not a substitute for professional HR, legal, medical, or other qualified advice. Use of TalkCoach does not create an attorney-client, HR-client, or advisory relationship. For matters involving harassment, discrimination, threats, violence, safety concerns, or potential policy violations, users should follow their organization’s established reporting, investigation, and escalation procedures and consult appropriate internal or professional resources.
Can I try TalkCoach before recommending it to a team?
Yes. A free 7-day trial is available through the monthly individual plan, so a buyer can try TalkCoach before rollout.
